Pure Bliss Salon Spa Owner | Hair Stylist

Julie has been a licensed stylist since 2000 and brings over two decades of experience, passion, and creativity to Pure Bliss Salon Spa. Her career has taken her to advanced training in cities like Chicago, New York, Birmingham, Salt Lake City, and Minneapolis. She’s a certified educator for Scruples and holds certifications in Cinderella Hair Extensions and Brazilian Blowouts.

Julie’s inspiration to become a stylist came from her love of helping people feel their absolute best—inside and out. She treasures the friendships she builds with clients and enjoys being part of their self-care journey. Her favorite services include transformation haircuts and maintenance color, whether it’s a bold new look or keeping those grays beautifully blended.

When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find Julie cheering at her son’s sporting events, spending time with her grandbabies, or relaxing at the beach.

Her top hair advice?

Don’t shampoo every day—preserve those natural oils! And always get regular trims to keep hair healthy and full.

Hair Stylist

Samantha comes from a long line of stylists—her great-grandmother and aunt both worked in the industry. Since receiving her license in 2013, she's attended numerous hair shows for continued education and specializes in color, highlights, and men’s cuts.

When she’s not at Pure Bliss, you’ll find her baking, spending time at the lake with family, or hanging out with her dogs.



Samantha is also Brazilian Blowout certified, eyelash extension certified and trained in spray tanning. And yes—she really does make a mean homemade dessert!

Her top tip?

Invest in quality products and get regular trims to maintain healthy, beautiful hair.

Hair Stylist

Brooke Nielson has been a licensed hairstylist since 2018 and part of the Pure Bliss Salon team for over seven years. She’s passionate about continuing education and always learning new techniques to give her clients the best experience possible. Brooke specializes in low-maintenance, natural color—think rich brunettes, blended blondes, and graceful grey transitions.

When she’s not in the salon, Brooke enjoys time with her husband, baby girl, and three dogs.



She used to teach piano lessons and still loves to play when she can!

Her top hair advice?

A healthy scalp is the foundation of healthy hair—dry those roots after washing!

Hair Stylist

Olivia has been a licensed stylist since 2016 and has spent the last three years as part of the Pure Bliss Salon team. She loves learning something new every day, especially through sharing techniques and ideas with her fellow stylists.

Her passion lies in making clients feel even more beautiful and pampered, and she especially enjoys all chemical services for the creativity and connection they bring.

When she’s not at the salon, Olivia is spending time with her husband, baby, and their six dogs—yes, six!

Always use a heat protectant when styling with hot tools!

Hair Stylist

Riley Kate is a licensed cosmetologist at Pure Bliss Salon Spa. She has been a part of the team for 5 years. She believes that the relationships she builds with her clients are the heart of her business. Her clients are like family, and one of the greatest blessings of her career has been building genuine, heartfelt friendships with the people who sit in her chair.

She specializes in creatiing beautiful customized blondes. But she also loves giving any .customized color to each individual client!

Outside of the salon she is a mom to Mary Margaret, enjoys shopping and spending time with friends and family!

Hair Stylist

Madison received her cosmetology license in 2024 and has been working in a salon since early 2023. She’s passionate about helping people feel beautiful and loves the transformation that comes with highlights and color services.

She’s also certified in extensions!

When she’s not working, Madison enjoys relaxing at home or spending time with friends.

Student Hair Stylist

Kaitlyn is currently a student at Paul Mitchell and will graduate in October of 2026. She has had a passion for hair since she was 2 years old and can't image spending her life doing anything else. Her passion is blonding and any color service.

When she is not in the salon, Kaitlyn enjoys being creative through art, travel, concerts and spending time with family.

Her Hair advice:

Always use heat protectant, no matter how unimportant it feels! It's a life saver!

Hair Stylist

Emma is a newly graduated cosmetologist with a huge passion for doing hair. She loves making people feel beautiful, confident, and happy. Nothing makes her smile more than seeing someone light up after getting their hair done. She loves being creative and helping people express themselves through their own unique style.

When she’s not at the salon, you’ll likely find her reading books, going to concerts and spending time with her friends and family.

McKenna is a licensed cosmetologist graduated cosmetology school in 2025. She is passionate about helping her clients feel beautiful while expressing my creativity through hair. She chose this career because she has always loved the artistic side of hair - it feels like creating a work of art with every client. Her favorite service to perform is highlights. She loves creating customized looks that enhance each client's natural beauty.

Outside of the salon, you'll usually find her drawing, painting, shopping or playing a cozy Nintendo switch game. She loves finding inspiration through art and bringing that creativity into her work behind the chair.

Always protect your hair from heat by using a quality heat protectant before styling.

Nail Technician 

Sophie Tran has been a licensed nail technician since 2014 and joined the Pure Bliss Salon Spa team in 2023. She loves building lasting relationships with her clients and finds joy in helping them relax through her favorite services—

professional manicures, pedicures, and wax services.

Friendly, talkative, and passionate about self-care, Sophie makes every appointment feel like a refreshing escape.

Her best advice?

Keep your nails looking their best with regular maintenance every two weeks.

Apprentice Hair Stylist

Autumn is the apprentice at Pure Bliss Salon Spa! Although she's still growing, learning and getting established as a stylist she is well on her way to building a career in the beauty industry.

She's always been drawn to the beauty industry because she loves helping people feel confident. Nothing compares to seeing the smile on someone's face when they look in the mirror and love their hair! Her favorite services are creating dimensional color and adding depth and brightness that complement each person's unique style.

She is a proud wife and mom to 2 wild little boys. When she's not in the salon, you'll usually find her spending time with her family, friends and animals. Making memories with the people she loves most!

As she continues her journey behind the chair, her goal is to create a welcoming, comfortable experience where every guest feels heard and leaves feeling more confident that when they walked in.

Receptionist and Shampoo Tech

Savannah is a receptionist and shampoo tech ready to help with booking appointments, answering questions, shampooing hair with a scalp massage, and many other tasks around the salon.

She is currently a high school student with a passion for all things creative. Whether its hairstyling, art, music, or dance. She loves expressing creativity. She is excited to pursue a career in hairstyling and is thankful to be growing in the beauty industry. She looks forward to welcoming you to Pure Bliss!

Receptionist and Shampoo Tech

Abigail is one of our receptionists and also a Shampoo tech. She looks forward to welcoming you as you walk into or call Pure Bliss Salon Spa! She is ready to help with any of your questions or concerns and will give you an excellent head massage when shampooing.

She is currently in High School and working towards getting into music school for piano and musical theatre.  She loves all things art and creativity whether that means dying her hair fun colors, sewing an outfit, singing or playing piano. She loves immersing herself into creativity in any way possible.

She is so glad to be a part of the Pure Bliss team and is thankful for the knowledge she has gained from working here.
